The “PECB ISO 55001 Lead Auditor” exam fully meets the PECB Examination and Certification Program (ECP) requirements. It covers the following competency domains:
Domain 1: Fundamental principles and concepts of an asset management system
Domain 2: Asset management system requirements
Domain 3: Fundamental audit concepts and principles
Domain 4: Preparing an ISO 55001 audit
Domain 5: Conducting an ISO 55001 audit
Domain 6: Closing an ISO 55001 audit
Domain 7: Managing an ISO 55001 audit program

Certificate requirements
After successfully completing the exam, you can apply for one of the credentials shown on the table below. You will receive a certificate once you comply with all the requirements related to the selected credential.

The AMS audit activities should follow best practices and include the following:
- Planning an audit
- Managing an audit program
- Drafting audit reports
- Drafting nonconformity reports
- Drafting audit working documents
- Reviewing and managing documented information related to the audit
- Conducting on-site audits
- Following up on nonconformities
- Leading an audit team

General Information
- Certificate and examination fees are included in the price of the training course.
- Participants will receive more than 450 pages of comprehensive training materials, including practical examples, exercises, and quizzes.
- Participants who have attended the training course will receive an attestation of course completion worth 31 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) credits.
- Candidates who have completed the training course with one of our partners and failed the first exam attempt are eligible to retake the exam for free within a 12-month period from the date the coupon code is received. This is because the fee paid for the training course includes a first exam attempt and one retake. Otherwise, retake fees apply.
