Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping Times

We process orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, shipping times vary based on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-20 business days (varies by country)

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, so keep an eye out!

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package in real time.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@martialtech.ca with your order details and photos. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Start a Return: Email us at support@martialtech.ca before sending any items back. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Exchanges: To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, perishable goods, custom or personalized items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • EU Customers: If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return without justification.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Martial Technology is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered" by the courier. If your package is missing, please check with your local post office or contact the shipping carrier.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us at support@martialtech.ca.
